Cannabis Pre-Rolls — Happy Time's Guide to Brands, Burn, and Per-Day Limits in Washington

Top brand performers this quarter at Happy Time include Khalifa Kush pre-rolls, Phat Panda, Indo, and Dank Czar — those tend to hold inventory and pricing tier across all three stores. Pop-ups (Ric Flair Drip, Hustlers Ambition, Happy Face) rotate based on availability and counter feedback.

Pre-rolls at Happy Time come in 1pk, 2pk, 5pk, and 10pk format. Per-stick pricing drops at each tier — typically 10-15% from 1pk → 2pk, another 15-25% from 2pk → 5pk, and 5-10% from 5pk → 10pk. The math: 5pk is usually the best value for regular customers, 10pk only beats it on specific brands with bulk-pricing programs.

Infused pre-rolls add concentrate (live rosin, hash, distillate, or diamonds) to standard flower, lifting potency from typical 18-25% THC range to 35-50%+. Burn slower, hit harder. We see Happy Time customers move to infused pre-rolls when standard pre-rolls feel mild — typical pattern is 6-12 months of regular use.

Pre-rolls go stale faster than flower in a jar — the paper wicks moisture, and the joint exposes more surface area to air. A 5pk in its original sealed tube stays fresh 4-8 weeks; once opened, expect 1-2 weeks of peak burn quality. Beyond that the joint gets harsh and the terpenes flatten.

Don't freeze, don't refrigerate — moisture cycles destroy the paper. Room temperature, in the original tube, in a drawer.
